Introduction

Steps for fixing the problem that Lumia 630 or Lumia 630 Dual SIM has no incoming or outgoing audio during the phone call.

Steps

1. Switch off the phone.
2. Remove the battery and SIM card.
3. Insert the SIM card and install the battery.
4. Switch power on.
5. If audio is still missing you may need to reset the device to factory settings (Settings > About > Reset your phone).
6. After reseting the phone, please ensure that the date and time are correct (Settings > date+time).

This is a SW issue. You do not need replace any component due to this issue.

Nokia is targeting to solve this in the next SW release.
